Children and Families Pastor

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the children and families ministry in a thriving, diverse and down to earth Anglican church in inner-east Bristol.

Hours: 22.5 hours a week (including Sundays) Option to make full-time by adding Children and Families Community Worker role (2 days)

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 (Pro Rata, experience dependent)

Children and Families Pastor

St Stephen’s Church, Soundwell, is looking for a full-time, self-starting, proactive Children, Youth & Families Chaplain to lead and develop and grow the Jesus-following children, youth and families work within the community of Soundwell.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Salary: £26,000-£29,000 (depending on experience)

People Team Leader

InHope is looking for a People Team Leader to manage HR and volunteering within the charity. In this role you'll be at the forefront of implementing HR processes that enhance employee experiences and operational efficiency. You’ll be managing our volunteering processes with the Investing in Volunteers framework, working alongside managers to ensure that volunteers have a rewarding experience whilst making a meaningful contribution. And you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day safeguarding. You will be a person-centred HR or Volunteer Management practitioner motivated by seeing people thrive in their role whilst maintaining clear policy and practices.

Hours: 22.5 hours a week

Salary: £30,000 FTE pa, paid pro-rata

Senior Children & Families Lead - Woodlands Church

This position is a strategic leadership role to oversee and grow the Children’s and Families ministries at Woodlands Central. This involves leading, shaping and building an expanding children's ministry for children aged 0-11. This includes planning ministry programmes, events and outreach initiatives throughout the year. You will be responsible for communicating vision to the church. You will lead and line manage the staffed Children’s Team and through them recruit, train and support a large team of volunteers. You will oversee the families ministry including daytime groups and events, equipping parents to disciple their children in the home. 

Hours: 3 days a week

Salary: £30,000, pro-rata
